Pondering progress
Sudden change can be traumatic but slow change, especially when we are striving for a goal can be difficult as well. I’ve been practicing yoga for over ten years. There are poses I will never be able to do, simply because my body doesn’t work like that, but it can be gratifying to realize that I can go a little deeper or do something I couldn’t before.
