    What does self care mean to you? It’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot as a business owner, as a mother of teens and young adults with special needs, and as a music therapist. Sometimes it can be hard to recognize when our energy reserves are running low so feedback from family and peers can be important. Self care doesn’t need to be time consuming.     I recently read two journal articles on chronic pain. Each was with a different clinical population and each used different methods.
