Being a caregiver can be emotionally and physically draining.  It can be difficult to near impossible to find a break from the stress.  While the Self Care Institute is aimed primarily at professionals, they offer a weekly newsletter with self-care tips and techniques that take only moments to implement that work for any caregiver whether you are a family or professional caregiver.
